Sourdough White.

A full flavoured crust with a moist and chewy centre, our light and airy classic sourdough has a distinct flavour unlike no other. Slightly off white as it contains some semolina and bran.

This authentic French-style sourdough has a distinctive rich and tangy taste. Made using wheat, rye & spelt flour.

100% Sourdough Rye.

This basic all-rye sourdough loaf has a deep malty flavour which works well with smoked fish or cured meats. Rye contains less gluten than wheat, so it’s normally easier to digest.

Walnut Sourdough.

Using our classic pain au levain dough, we aren’t shy with our walnut pieces. We believe this to be the best loaf to accompany cheese.

Pain De Seigle.

Another French Classic, rustic and rich with a thick crust. Made with 100% rye, it’s robustly baked on the oven floor.

Kalamata Loaf.

Using our sourdough white dough, we stuff this loaf full of olives which gives it a tangy full bodied taste.

Challah.

Challah bread, has its roots in the Jewish religion, a yeasted dough enriched with egg, giving a subtle sweet taste.

Sunflower Wholemeal.

A popular yeasted loaf that’s crunchy with a nutty flavour. This bread makes a great sandwich, and super toast, not shy of a little marmite.

Potato & Rosemary.

Made with white and rye flour for a rich flavour. We use every part of the potato, first we roast them in olive oil, rosemary and black pepper then add the chunks in the dough and the crispy skins on top. Using fresh rosemary & Le Gurende Sea Salt.

100% Spelt Sourdough.

Made using 200 year old heritage grain, grown specially for us. We apply a long fermentation process on never add any wholemeal (unlike most spelt bread). There’s less gluten in spelt, so it’s easier on the digestive system.

7 Grain Sourdough.

We combine seven different grains to give this loaf its unique taste; barley flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed, millet, sesame seed, poppy seed. It really is the ultimate seeded sourdough.

Seeded Spelt Sourdough.

Topped with oats and seeds, our seeded spelt has a unique nutty and subtle sweet taste.

Soda Bread.

Our soda bread recipe was collected from Cork back in the 60’s! The essential ingredients in a traditional Irish soda bread are flour, baking soda, salt, and buttermilk.

Sesame Rye.

Our delicious sesame rye loaf is moist and nutty. Its unique flavour comes from the sprouted rye berries baked into the dough.

Sourdough Flute.

Our crunchy baguette crust encases soft, tangy bread that tastes sensational on its own or with lots of butter. Made using our famous white sourdough starter. The childrens favourite!

Wholemeal Stoneground.

This classic loaf has a distinctive taste and contains the natural goodness from essential fibre. We use local paragon grain to mill here in our bakery which is used to make our wholemeal.

For those who love the taste of a tin loaf but enjoy something a little more wholesome. Toasted and lashings of butter makes for a perfect breakfast.

Multi Seeded Cob.

A mixture of white and wholemeal flour, baked with a mix of sunflower seeds, millet & barley flakes to give it a satisfying crunch.

Gluten Free Sourdough.

Our unique gluten free flour is made up of rice, tapioca, potato starch, maize and buckwheat. This loaf is fabulous toasted and freezes well. We use natural binding ingredients NOT xanthan gum.

A classic sandwich loaf, sliced for your convince. This yeasted loaf will not disappoint.

Ciabatta.

Our classic Italian loaf is wonderfully light, airy and chewy inside with a great outer crust. Ciabatta is great for the likes of bruschetta and to accompany other starter dishes.

Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia.

This classic focaccia is topped with fresh rosemary and Le Guerande sea salt, accompanied with lashings of olive oil. Perfect to feed a crowd!

Italian Ring Sourdough.

Light soft sourdough with a small amount of yeast added at the final stage. Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. A great center piece for a gathering.

Sweet and Savoury Pastries

All Butter Croissant.

Our croissants have all the flavour and lightness of a classic French croissant and more. That's because we are using welsh butter they're made with all butter and baked fresh everyday.

Almond Croissant.

Our Almond Croissants are very unqiue, as the middle is filled with delicious, sweet almond cream that oozes out when you bite into it. Topped with flaked almonds which gives a wonderful crunch.

Pain Au Chocolat.

Soft yeasted puff pastry dough wrapped around 74% rich dark chocolate, melted as it is baked in the oven.

 

Pain Aux Raisin.

Delicately flaky croissant dough, layered with fine unsalted butter, sprinkled with raisins and baked to perfection.

Eccles Cake.

From the North of England, these cakes are a combination of sweet and spice, encased in puff pastry with a caramelized sugar coating.

Chocolate Twist.

Puff pastry twisted with dark chocolate. Satisfying, rich and full of flavour.

Mini Vegetable Quiche.

Our delicious quiches are full of seasonal vegetables and mature cheddar in a short crust pastry. Ideal for a savory snack on the go.
